Kangni
Foxtail millet, a small grain with its own season.
Kangni is foxtail millet. It is not a stand-in for another grain. We want it named, and grown by someone we can partner with.
What we are looking for: A small millet crop, received when it is ready.

Before it reaches a kitchen
- A grower we can introduce with respect.
- A harvest that tastes like its name.
- Words on the pack that match what is inside.

A note about Kangni. It does not reserve the food, and it does not take payment.
