Harvest

Come in through the field.

These are not departments. They are ways of meeting the same work: organic crops, bought with care, carried toward a kitchen.

Hands holding dark soil

From the Soil

We start where the roots are.

Organic crops carry the season they were grown in. True North buys them from growers who can speak for that season — the rain, the wait, the way the soil was treated.

The crop is the heart of this work. We would rather know one field well than skim a market we cannot name.

A wide green field under a pale sky

From the Field

Partners who come back.

A farmer should not have to translate their work into a stranger’s hurry. We partner in plain language: what is growing, when it is ready, and how we will receive it.

If you grow organic crops and want a buyer who comes back, write to the director. Tell us the crop and the place. We will answer as people, not as a form.

Bowls of red and brown ground spices

From the Kitchen

Food a cook can trust with the lid off.

This is where the harvest becomes something a cook trusts. It should still taste like the season it left, and like the plant it was.

A blend belongs here only when the dish it serves is obvious. A kitchen is not a place for mystery ingredients.

Shared Harvest

The work between the field and the table.

Shared Harvest is the relationship itself. We buy what growers are glad to sell, and we carry it toward kitchens that will use it with the same attention.

We stay in the conversation when the weather turns, and we say clearly what we can take. A field and a kitchen should still recognize each other when the sack is opened.

Crafted Staples

The foods that make a week.

The week’s cooking, still close to the field. Named for what it is. Plain enough to understand with the lid off.

These are the foods a home reaches for, offered with the same attention we ask of the people who grow them. The shop is a look inside that pantry. It is not a checkout yet.

For growers

If you farm and want a buyer who treats the relationship as the work, write to us. Name the crop, the season, and the place. We partner with farmers; we do not rush a harvest we have not understood.

The path from field to kitchen is only a preview in the shop. Nothing there is a checkout yet.

Tell us what is growing.

A note from a grower, a kitchen, or a friend of the harvest. It opens in your mail app.

The form checks your note, then opens it to info@truenorthworld.com. It does not send mail by itself.
